USS Katana Emerges From A Class 3 Wormhole

Another scene featuring the USS Katana, this time emerging at speed from a wormhole.

The effect of movement was easily achieved by animating the ship along a straight line, then rendering the picture using motion blur. A stand-alone deformation object was used to stretch the model of the ship and give the ‘warp speed’ look.
